 Concha Pelayo She is journalist and writer from Zamora (Spain), critic of art and author of several books. As cultural manager, she was exhibition commissioner and conferences organizer. Member of Spanish Federation of Journalists and Travel Writers (FEPET), she publishes her travel reports in local press. She participated in tourism conferences in Beirut, Zagreb, Canary Islands and Madrid.
 Ewa Kotus She is journalist, general director of internacional Tour Film Festival in Plock, Poland, creator and chief of internacional quarterly "Film, Art & Tourism", founder and director of Polish Tourfilm academy, president of the board of foundation "Europe 2004".
 Fernando Faria Paulino
He is university professor and researcher in ISMAI (Instituto Superior da Maia) and UAb (Open University) on anthropology, visual anthropology and documentary areas. He has dedicated the last years to research in the field of anthropology of tourism, and of relationship between tourism images and intangible heritage. He published several articles in these areas, and he produced documentaries and hypermedia products of anthropological nature.

22 years ago he began work as journalist in Majorca, where he got a taste for tourism. He traveled through 40 countries. He is the president of the Association of Tourism Journalist of Extremadura (APETEX) and vice-president of the Spanish Federation of Tourism Journalists. He teaches “Tourist Communication" in several Spanish and foreign universities. He participated in the last International Film Festival in Cairo.
 Nuno Gaspar de Oliveira
Director and co-founder Manager of Ambiodiv. He is finishing his PhD thesis in Ecology. Coordinator of the Strategies 'Business and Biodiversity', 'Countdown 2010 - stop the loss of biodiversity' and 'Conservation Action Plans'. He is project manager and coordinator of Urban Biodiversity and agro-forestry. Moderator of several Facebook groups dedicated to issues of conservation of Biodiversity and Ecosystems.
 Paula Cardona
Ph.D in Art History from the Faculty of Arts, University of Porto. Is researcher at the Center for the Study of Population, Economy and Society, in University of Porto. She was for many years director of the Tourism Department of the City of Porto.
 Paulo Cravo Lourenço
PhD in Sciences Communication and Professor at the High School of Tourism and Marine Technology, where also coordinates the course of Tourism Marketing and Master degree in Marketing and Tourism Promotion. His interests are about the relationship of Marketing and Tourism. The themes of media discourse, phenomenology and information philosophy are also relevant for him. He is also interested in the area of multi-agent computer simulation.
 Valter Carlos Cardim
Italian/brazilian architect, Ph.D. in anthropology, Professor at IADE: Institute of Visual Arts Design and Marketing (in Lisbon), Vice-Chairman of the Scientific council of Hugh School of Design; Scientific Coordinator of Master Degree in Advertising.
Jury for Photography Contest
 Carlos Sargedas (Presidente)
Photographer for 30 years, he has worked for 10 years in the tourism sector through his own helicopter tour company. He has a large portfolio that includes air, industrial, advertising, culinary, fashion and tourism photography. He has collaborated as a photographer in many books and regional newspapers, as well as jury member of many photo competitions. He is also author and co-author of religious art book, underwater book and food’s books. Recently, was also named Setúbal Wine Tourism Ambassador. As a filmmaker he produced films about different regions of the country, and obtained the best references to his work.
